Mat’s extensive creditor’s rights experience allows full life-cycle representation of lenders and lessors in the enforcement and collection of notes, deeds and leases and includes representation of commercial landlords in lease negotiations, co-tenancy disputes, and lease enforcement actions. Mat has conducted over 5,000 foreclosures. His systematic, cost-effective approach offers swift results. Mat holds an undergraduate degree in finance from Indiana University and a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from the University of Wisconsin law school. Mat is a member of the board of directors of the Knights of Columbus Endowment Foundation, and also the Florida Business Development Corporation (Chair Audit and Finance). He is also on The General Bar list, and a member of the Commercial Law League of America and the Commercial Collection Agencies of America. Mat lives in Morningside with his wife, Melanie, and two sons, Conrad and Adam. Mat enjoys playing golf and is a member at Druid Hills Golf Club.
